Online ResourcesIn response to the closing of churches for public worship due to Covid-19 (Coronavirus), a number of clergy and parishes have begun to worship in new and innovative ways using technology, video, online streaming, social media and printed resources to continue to share in worship, in prayer and in mutual support at this difficult time. Although most of our churches are now open, a number of parishes have continued to offer an online presence for worship and bible study. Many of these parishes share their offering with the diocese of Bunbury Facebook Page dedicate to online worship which can be found at Anglican Diocese of Bunbury Online | Facebook and the latest uploads are shown on this page. If your parish would like to contribute to this Facebook feed, please contact the Archdeacon with the details.
If you are interested in offering an online presence for your church but are not sure where to start, this very helpful Church of England advice would be equally applicable to our own circumstances in Australia. Please click here to be redirected to their page. Credit - Dave Walker, Cartoon Church.com used with permission
The diocese of Bunbury produces a sermon in text form for each Sunday of the 3 year lectionary based on the gospel reading for use in public worship settings where a licensed preacher is not available or for personal use. Please click here for the current year.
